Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling 08 9557 2600, otherwise, a cancellation or no-show fee of $50 will be applied. For New Patient Consultations, the fee is $320. This fee includes your initial assessment with our nurses and the first consultation with Dr. Purity. The initial Menopause Assessment lasts for 30 minutes and involves registering you as a new patient, taking your medical history, and discussing your medications and social history. For follow-up and review appointments, the cost is $180. This fee applies only to your review consultation with Dr Purity Carr. She will assess your symptoms 3 months after starting HRT. If applicable, to qualify for a Medicare rebate through a medical centre, one of the doctors in that centre needs to have seen you face-to-face within the last 12 months. Your eligibility is also dependent on your MyMedicare Enrollment. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/register-for-mymedicare?context=22751#moa If you get issues within or after the 3-month period, you may book a troubleshooting consult with Dr Purity Carr. Consult fees will be bulk billed under Medicare if the eligibility requirement is met. Please note that we may not have same-day availability for troubleshooting consults.
