The 10:10 Menopause Lifestyle Reset is a transformative 10-day program for 10 women, designed to rebalance hormones, improve health, and reset mindset using the 8 Natural Doctors: NEWSTART


NEWSTART: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunlight, Temperance, Air, Rest, and Trust to optimise health.
We tailor each woman’s weight-loss journey, whether she chooses a natural path or uses a short-term injectable protocol (up to 3 months), while embedding sustainable tools like intermittent fasting, a low-histamine diet, the 75/25 Full Plate, structured exercise, and psychological support.
The goal is to help participants reach and maintain their results without dependence on medication.
On completion, women graduate into MMN University, a community offering more personalised guidance, empowerment, and connection, with festivals, retreats, and ongoing mindset growth seminars.
