About the event


We are opening expressions of interest for a regular Friday menopause friendly workout session at Waroona Gym. This is a supportive women only group designed for those in perimenopause and menopause who want to move their bodies, build strength, and feel more confident through simple and safe exercise.


This group is exercise for all abilities. Every woman can start where she is, and you will build up safely and gradually at a pace that suits your body.

You will be guided by Menopause PT Marian Floyd, who understands how to adapt movement for energy changes, joint sensitivity, balance and the hormonal shifts of midlife. I, Dr Purity, will be participating in the group alongside you.


The sessions focus on

• strength and toning

• low impact metabolic conditioning
