2026 Is Here. This Is Not a Practice Year.


Ladies, listen. This is your doctor speaking.


2026 is here, and this is not a rehearsal. This is not the year to dabble, hesitate, or wait until you feel ready. This is the year you decide who you are becoming and move in that direction without apology.

We make New Year’s resolutions because something inside us knows it is time. The end of the year slows us down just enough to hear the truth we have been avoiding. These thoughts are not new. They have been knocking all along.

This year, we stop ignoring them.


Choose One Thing That Matters

The mistake most people make is trying to change everything at once. That approach fails every time. Instead, choose one thing.

Look back at 2025 and ask yourself honestly:

What is the one thing you regret not doing, the thing you knew truly mattered?

Now ask yourself something even more important.

Did that one thing affect your health, your energy, your confidence, your family life, or how you show up in the world?


If the answer is yes, then that is your work. That is your focus. That is your entry point.

When you fix the one thing that truly matters, everything else starts to move.


If Your Life Were a Movie

If you were sitting in the audience watching your life on screen, what would the audience be shouting at you right now?

Jump.

Get out.

Stop waiting.

It is right there.

We all know that moment in the movie when the answer is obvious to everyone except the main character. Do not be that lady in 2026.


This Is About Your Marginal Decade

You are building your marginal decade right now. The marginal decade is the final decade of life, when strength, independence, clarity, and vitality decide whether life feels free or restricted.

Fitness declines from our 30s onward unless we actively intervene. That decline does not slow down on its own. It slows down when you decide to take control.

The formula is not complicated.


Live well.

Eat well.

Move well.

That is it.


Eat simply. Stop obsessing about food. Stop letting it dominate your thoughts. Build a life filled with meaning beyond eating.

Movement is not optional. Get into a structured exercise routine and protect it like your future depends on it, because it does.


Remember this rule:

One missed workout is an accident.

Two missed workouts in a row is a pattern.

Patterns create outcomes. Do not negotiate with patterns that steal your future.


Direction Beats Motivation

Motivation is unreliable. Direction is not.

Create a vision. Make a vision board. Decide where your life is heading.

Take time to map out where you want to be this time next year. Ask yourself again: if your life were a movie, what would the audience be shouting at you right now?

Use the tools available to you. Use AI. Ask it to interview you. Let it ask you uncomfortable questions.

Those questions will help you identify the one thing that will create a domino effect across every other area of your life.


Clarity comes when you stop avoiding honesty.

Habits Are Built With Integrity



The moment we think we have formed a habit, we slack. A habit only remains a habit because it is done consistently. You keep promises to everyone else, even when you are tired, sick, or overwhelmed. It is time to keep promises to yourself with the same integrity.

If all you can manage is one more day, then do one more day. Then do it again. Then again.

Compounding works. What matters is trajectory.


Small steps in the right direction change your life.

Small steps in the wrong direction cost you years.



You Are Already Ahead Because You Are Here

You are here because you want to feel better.Stronger.Clearer.Lighter.

Showing up is step one. Committing is step two.

Every single day, you are casting a vote for the person you are becoming.

Decide when you will exercise and make that time non-negotiable. Choose the time you can protect, then protect it.


Make your environment work for you. Do not shop when you are hungry. Keep food at home that supports your goals. Let go of the habit of eating out of obligation.

Health and vitality are personal. You cannot outsource them. What you protect grows.



You Do Not Have to Do This Alone


You are the main character in this story. No one can live your life for you.

But every successful person builds a team.

A team that provides structure, accountability, education, and perspective.A team that supports without carrying. A team that challenges without shaming.

My Commitment for 2026

For me, 2026 is a year of freedom.

The audience in my movie was loud last year, and I finally listened. I slowed down, got honest, and acted.


I committed to authorship and took the first step by submitting two manuscripts to Amazon: a five-day stop smoking program, and Low Histamine Living: Simple Recipes and a Medical Guide to Eating Well with MCAS.


I am launching the publishing arm of Purity Health to empower ladies to tell their stories. I am travelling more and weaving travel with my work. I am stepping out of being tied to a chair all day.

I am not doing this by working harder. I am doing it by subtracting what no longer serves me.

Freedom comes from discernment, not accumulation.


Final Word

What have you been pursuing because society says it matters?

Does it truly matter in the grand scheme of your life?


If it matters, pursue it.

If it does not, change direction.



Your life deserves respect. Run it with intention. Define your vision. Decide on your motto. Delegate what is not yours to carry.


Ladies are compassionate, but compassion without boundaries drains us. We talk, we plan, we explain. Meanwhile, others move forward and adjust as they go.


This year, we move.

We talk about what we are doing while we are doing it.


It is time.


Time to live free.
