Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment by calling 08 9557 2600 or email us at info@purity.health For New Patient Consultations, the fee is $280, with a Medicare rebate of $122.15. Please note that the Medicare rebate can only be claimed after you have seen the doctor, as per Medicare guidelines. This fee includes your initial assessment with our nurses and the first consultation with Dr. Purity. The initial Menopause Assessment lasts for 30 minutes and involves registering you as a new patient, taking your medical history, and discussing your medications and social history. For follow-up appointments, the cost is $150, and the Medicare rebate is $82.90. If applicable, to qualify for a Medicare rebate through a medical centre, one of the doctors in that centre needs to have seen you face-to-face within the last 12 months.
